Introduction
Welcome to Affpreneur. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Affpreneur's website, groups and community services (including LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Microsoft Teams and related services) operated by Affpreneur ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using Affpreneur you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Who can use the community
Affpreneur is a free community for performance and affiliate marketing professionals, including but not limited to:
- Affiliate Marketers, Media Buyers
- Brand Owners & Performance Marketing Agencies
- Ad Networks, DSP Platforms & Tracking / MarTech Tools
- Advertisers, Publishers & Growth Teams
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or remove membership applications at our discretion to maintain community quality.
2. Community rules & user conduct
You must follow the community rules posted in the group. In summary:
- Share value-first, performance-focused content (campaign insights, offers, tools, buy/sell requests, hiring related to marketing).
- No spam, no unsolicited mass DMs, no scraping members for recruitment.
- No fake screenshots, misleading claims or exaggerated performance data.
- No abusive, hateful or discriminatory content. Debate ideas, not people.
- No illegal, black-hat tactics or content that violates platform policies.
We may remove content or suspend members who violate rules. Admin decisions are final.
3. Onboarding & application process
To join certain channels or invite-only areas we use an application form (hosted via Tally or similar). You must provide accurate information. We will review applications and may send invite links to the groups on approval.
4. Sponsorships, promotions & paid visibility
Affpreneur is primarily a free community. Sponsored posts, featured placements, pinned posts and other paid promotion options are available as separate paid services. Sponsor plans are subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase, and we reserve the right to refuse any advertising that we deem non-compliant or low-quality.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refund policy for sponsor packages will be provided with each sponsorship agreement. For any paid plan purchased through Affpreneur you must follow the refund policy in the invoice or agreement. We may, at our discretion, provide refunds for eligible claims. Disputes over paid services should be sent to hello@affpreneur.com.
6. Intellectual property
All content on Affpreneur (design, text, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to Affpreneur unless otherwise stated. Members retain ownership of the content they post, but by posting you grant Affpreneur a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the community and promotional channels.
7. External links & third-party services
Affpreneur may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (e.g., Tally, Telegram, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of third-party services. Use external links at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Affpreneur provides community services "as is" and makes no warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of member-posted content, business outcomes, or transactions between members. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affpreneur and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the community.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affpreneur and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the community.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on our site with a revised effective date. Continued use following changes implies acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (unless otherwise stated). Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
