- Payment & billing data: only if you purchase a sponsor package (we may store billing name, email and transaction details for invoicing; payment is processed through third-party payment providers and we do not store full card details on our servers).

- Directly from you when you submit forms (Tally or other), send email, or join the community.
- Automatically via server logs and analytics when you visit our website.
- From third-party platforms where our community operates (LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Microsoft Teams) — subject to those platforms' terms and privacy policies.

- Communicate about community rules, approvals, sponsorship inquiries and deliver sponsor services.
